  1. Do I need to create an account to make any purchase?
    - No, you can proceed your payments as Guest. We strongly encourage our customers to create an account with us, so as to make shopping experience more convenient in the future!

  2. What are the modes of payment?
    - We accept: ATM Bank Transfers / ATM Bank deposits / iBanking Only.

  3. What are the modes of delivery?
    - We provide Registered Local Postage(+ an additional cost of $3.50) and Normal Local Postage. (+$1.50)
    (For Registered Local Postage, tracking number will be provided for your references. For Normal Local Postage, No tracking number would be provided and we are not liable for any losses.)

  4. Why do ShopKysse encourage Registered Local Postage?
    - We aim to deliver the products to you at your doorstep to avoid any missing parcels.
    - Bags are heavy and bulky items that might not be able to fit into your letterbox for Normal Postage, and during the process of delivery, there are high chances of missing parcels. 

  5. How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?
    - All comfirmed & paid orders will be ship out within 48 hours, and your item(s) will reach you in 2-5 working days. Please note that weekends/ public holidays are non-working days!

  6. Are all the items instock?
    - Yes, all items are brand new and all stock availability are reflected on the website.

  7. Do you ship internationally?
    - Not at the moment, but might open to international orders in the near future!

  8. Will there be any backorder for the item(s)?
    - Yes, if there is a high demand for a particular item, we may open a backorder. Do drop us an email to let us know about it!
